2. Collection and storage of personal data and nature and purpose of use

b) Newsletter service

Registration

According to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. A DSGVO requires explicit consent if you wish to receive our newsletter. For the regular transmission of the newsletter, we use the e-mail address provided by you for this purpose. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address, as well as the date and time of registration. The purpose is to understand a possible misuse of your e-mail address. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter service at any time. At the end of each newsletter there is a link that allows you to unsubscribe. However, you do not need to use it, but you can simply send us an e-mail to [email protected]

c) Contact form

On our website is a contact form, which you can use for any questions. This type of data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO with your voluntary consent. In order to know the sender of the request and to be able to answer it, a valid e-mail address is required. All other information is voluntary.

There will be an automatic deletion of all personal data collected by us using the contact form as soon as your request has been completed.

d) Business transaction

You can either make orders as a guest through our website without signing, requesting, registering, or register as a customer in our platform. The registration has the advantage for you that in the case of a future order you can log in directly with your e-mail address and your password in our shop without having to enter your contact data again. Your personal data is entered into an input mask for both types of order and transmitted to us and stored. If you register on our site or make an order as a guest, we first collect the data entered in the input mask during registration and ordering.

We've completed the required contract data processing agreement with Google. 7. Social Media Plug-ins

On the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO we use social plug-ins of the social networks Facebook and Instagram to increase our awareness on our website.
